Greetings ammartahir1978 !

2. You can copy and paste the archived PST file to the PST folder.  PST file is located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder.  It is a hidden file, so you have to unhide hidden files. Open Windows Explorer folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK.

Then go to File > Data File Manangement and select the PST file.

2.  You can also go to File > Import the import the emails and contacts, but Import sometimes does not work.  Try the first method first.

Best wishes, war1

is there any way i can copy contacts from web access

By "web access", do you mean contacts from a webbase account like Yahoo or Hotmail?

With Yahoo, you can export the contacts as comma separated value (CSV) file.  With Hotmail, you can copy and paste the contacts to an Excel spreadsheet, including the headers, and save it as CSV file.   Then you can import the CSV file into Outlook.
