Is there any way to improve Flash and graphically heavy website over RDC? Right now the delay is making impossible to use web browsing over RDP and this is necessary.  As a side not why does it appear like the internet is slow when you open a website over RDC?

All you can do is decrease the ammount of colors to improve the bandwidth usage. The problem is that RDC relies on sending screen refreshes as the data changes. with Flash and graphic intensive apps this is a problem, as the internet is both getting the update and then sending it out to the remote user at the same time.

We run Terminal server (RDC) at multiple locations and running Web or powerpoint presentations are not a problem for client connecting via the LAN however when they connect from the WAN across the internet then the same issue is received.
There is no simple answer, you can utilize seperate internet feeds for the web, and RDC. Increase the bandwidth (although you will still be limited by what the clients run at there end). Install Citrix (This MAY give some improvement).
