HP LaserJet 3300 Printer/Scanner unable to scan
i have a HP LaserJet 3300 Printer/Scanner here, im able to print out but when come to scanning, it will always promt device disconnected or power off and im unable to scan from it. Tried rebooting, reconnecting all cant able to work...for drivers, im unable to find the actual scanning drivers for HP laserJet 3300 in the hp website. Is there anyway to solve this issue without reinstalling the drivers?
isn't the printer/scanner you are talking about?

but does the drivers PCL 6 Points and print bundle include the scanning drivers? from what i know, they dun include the scanning drivers.

Search for HP LaserJet 3300 and download the packages PCL 5 and 6.
It is recommanded to uninstall your current drivers and reboot before you start
