If you have Apache, I am assuming that you can run PHP on your server. The Flickr feeds are RSS, so I would personally use the php script "rss2html" from feedforall.com.

It's really easy to integrate and customise.

Take a look at that and let me know if you need any more help. I'd be glad to give you detailed instructions on how to use it.

Other people also like MagpieRSS, but I personally don't have much experience with Magpie.

Hi J,

Yes would you mind too much walking me through implementing rss2html, I downloaded it but still a little confused. I dont want to use a template, I want to put it in a existing webpage (http://townblueprint.com/portfolio.com).

No problem.

First, you should change your portfolio page to php (portfolio.php)

The templates are only used to specify how you would like your feeds to display on your page(s) - e.g. Title, Description, Author, Time and Date, etc.

All you really have to do is insert the below PHP code wherever you'd like the feed to display on your page:

$XMLfilename = 'http://www.flickr.com/url-to-feed';
$limitItemDescr = 255; // Maximum number of characters in description
$max=4; // Maximum number of items to display on page
include ( 'includes/rss2html.php' ); // Relative or absolute path to the rss2html script

Then just edit your template file to specify which attributes you'd like to include with the feed items - e.g. title, description, etc.

Let me know if you need any more help.
