LTO3 and Netbackup performance

G'Day I need some real world figures on the following

If you have a Gbit backup network, and you are backing the following , System State and some local data , what will the throughput be from your Server Nic to the Media Server Nic. Assume then that your media server is Fibre connected to an LTO3 drive in a TS3500, what speeds will you get between the 2gb HBA and the LTO3.

Lastly, if you have block level data on the SAN, E.g VMguest. Bootfrom SAN, Exchange HDS Snapmirror, and you present this LUN to Netbackup, what speeds will you get between HDS SAN, Media Server HBA, and then from HBA to LTO. Note that we will not be using remote NDMP, on the HDS.

Hope this all makes sense, please as if more detail is needed.
