NTVDM.EXE console window pop ups - spyware?

I am getting recurring console windows popping up. They are totally black and just have the DOS cursor running around them. Now and again the Trend PC Internet Security notifies me that a spyware web site is trying to be accessed.

In the task bar the it says the window is entitles "NTVDM.EXE" but the title bar of the console window say for example "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\WIN2E0~1.EXE" - the actual numbers in that change for each pop up.

I've run a full scan with the trend PC softwre and also with ad-aware but have not eliminated the problem. I include the HiJack this log which I have no clue how to analyze.
