Because I'm new to this community, I mistakenly graded it.
I should have graded it A.
I searched the help but I've found there is no way to change the grade after accepting the answer.

It is not needed to change grade for me. I'm not points hunter. :)
I only wanted to know if something was not working.
If in future you will need help (bad grade, bad answer marked atc.) you should post to Community Support zone.

Rights for XP executiong are handled by GRANT, DENY, REVOKE commands.
Some system procedures are fixed to sysadmin role or need special configurations.
Which procedure is your problem?
