Shouldn't be a problem with 2003, it's hetrogeneous, see http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/bizsupport/questionanswer.do?threadId=919532 someone saying they ran theirs under 2003. HP/Compaq don't support/test old kit with new OSs or vice versa.

If only I could find the command line interface user guide, it tells how to set the presentation. Presumably it's second-hand so for all we know any LUNs configured may be set to unix which Windows won't be able to use.
I had the same problem two years ago and we were confirmed by Compaq that the device is not support the OS (I am not sure if they come back and support windows 2003 OS now??). andyalder, did you personally test on this problem or something that you just guess? I check the forum that you sent and the result is not obvious so I cannot assume it will work. Free to throw in your two cents.

I haven't seen a RA4100 for quite some time, last time was when someone took the cache batteries out without shutting it down first.

Perhaps they were fobbing you off, the following is dated May 2004:
Installation Checklist HP ProLiant Cluster F200 for
RA4100 using Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Enterprise
Edition. http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00264593/c00264593.pdf

If only subinkk would be more communicative, we don't know how it's cabled up, don't know what HBA they have, don't know whether it is a LUN problem since they won't say whether the ACU can see it even.
Forced accept.
