FTP Connection Problem

Problem Description:
PROBLEM: I Can't connect to my server-using FTP.
DESCRIPTION - I have windows firewall enabled, however it is blocking my FTP
connection. When I disable the windows firewall the FTP connection is
successful.
I have allowed an EXCEPTION for FTP on port 21.
Please help.

Hi!

You should add another exception for port 20 also. FTP needs two open ports to work, 20 and 21.

Depending on what mode of FTP you;re using, other ports may be required for connectivity - i.e. is active mode..
