Block Mosilla and firefox

I want to block Mozilla and firefox web browsers from being used on the network. We have all users proxing through ISA 2004 and want to know what firewall rule to use or if this is possible.

It might be easier to use group policy software restrictions to block these programs from running on your desktops at all; versus trying to stop them from getting out at the firewall.
