Export Outlook folders & messages to file hierarchy

I guess the subject says it all... I am looking for a way to export all or part of my
Outlook PST folders hierarchy (and the messages they contain) into a
file system hierarchy. I guess there is no built in way to achieve
this but maybe some third party application ?

any pointer welcome

    Man am I glad I stumbled upon this sweet utility.  Thank you BrandonTaylor for suggesting a program that solves a problem I've been having for YEARS and this seems to be a great solution.
