How can outlook be set up to alert user when a new email arrives and attract user's attention to any unread new emails? Thanks.

    What version of Outlook are you using?  if Outlook 2003,  it has a Desktop Alert feature

    If earlier versions of Outlook, you need a third party program like Mail Alert
