Windows NT to Windows 2003 AD Inplace Upgrade - Trust relationship with domains

I have an environment in which there is an NT and Windows 200 AD domain with Trust relationship between them. If I carry out an inplace upgrade on NT domain to Windows 2003 AD will I have to re-establish a trust with the Windows 2000 domain after running DCPromo?

No.  Existing explicit trusts will be maintained.
