Change Link Colors in HTML

Hello Experts,
Is there a way to change the color of a link in more then one place on a page? I am taking over a website and doing all my coding in HTML. The site currently has a Style...

<STYLE fprolloverstyle>A:hover {
      FONT-SIZE: 9pt; COLOR: #FFFF00; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; TEXT-DECORATION: none
}
</STYLE>

and a Body of
<BODY text=#000075 vLink=#FFFF00 aLink=#FFFF00 link="White" bgColor=#FFFFFF
leftMargin=0 topMargin=0 rightMargin=0 marginheight="0" marginwidth="0">

Here is my problem. Need the links to be white in some areas and blue in others. Is there a tag that will change the link color on different parts of the same page?

Thanks,
Jenn~
