How to launch specfic document

I have a form, "Glossary", that has been used to create only one document.  It's a glossary with a tabbed table with a tab for each letter in the alphabet. Authorized Users update the department glossary periodically.

I have a view, accessed through an outline with a choice "Glossary".  When that choice is made on the outline, a view appears with only that document as a choice, then users double click on it to see the document with the content.

I've been asked if we can skip where they have to double click on the one entry, so when they click on 'glossary' on the left, it goes right to the document (I see the doc id from the doc properties) instead of stopping at the view.  Can I direct this to happen?  Is there a way to launch first document or something?  I found that choice in the autolaunch of the page where the view is embedded but it doesn't find the document.

thanks experts!

The fastest way to get this done would be to change the outline entry a document link.

(1) Copy the Glossary document to your clipboard.
(2) Open your Outline.
(3) Change the view link from "Named Element" to "Link".
(4) Click on the "Paste" icon.
(5) Save your outline.

There are more sophisticated methods that require lookups, but this one is pretty quick and easy to implement.
