TRacking Distribution list usage.

I would like to know if there is anyway to determine how oftern a distribution list is used within Exchange 2007.  We have a large number of distribution lists that have been populated in exchange and i am sure there are a number that are not being used.  I would like to know when the last time they where used or find a way to track the usage.  any help would be appreciated.

Message tracking will give you the raw information, then you will need to use a third party tool to look at the message tracking logs. Exchange doesn't keep track of that information itself.
