Server at xyz isn't an exchange server - it's an Imail (by Ipswitch).<br />
Mail will come from xyz to abc.<br />
I Configured he SMTP connector on Exchange server &nbsp;as you said &amp;&nbsp;all is well.<br />

We have 2 companies (in different locations), abc.com &amp;&nbsp;xyz.com that had their mail hosted one server.<br />
We got &nbsp;an exchange server &amp;&nbsp;put abc.com on it &amp;&nbsp;left xyz.com on old server &amp;&nbsp;moved to other office.<br />
When trying to send from abc to xyz, the mail gets stuck in the que.<br />
I'm assuming this was DNS related, as when I pinged mail.xyz.com I would get a 172.32.1.x address (both company's dns servers replicated between them).<br />
I finally added the public ip of mail.xyz.com to the hosts file on abc's exchange server &amp;&nbsp;the correct address is shown when pinging.<br />
The que they were in shows as &quot;Messages with an unreachable destination&quot;<br />
Now, how can I get the stuck mail to go?
