setup a dedicated VPN connection via 2 WRT54GL routers between 2 sites

Can you setup a dedicated connection between to remote sites (VPN) with 2 Linksys WRT54GL routers.  I need to set this up so that the to remote sites can interact on the same domain.

No, the WRT54GL's are not VPN routers, There are companies that make custom firmware for these units that might allow you to do it. However you should be using BEFVP41's, RV042's, or if you need wireless WRV54G's., to accomplish this.
An easy alternative is to use Hamachi's free VPN service:
