Palm TX & Epson 300 II
I want to sent a bluetooth signal to the printer. I was told to buy a printer adapter. One is the Bluetake 200 and Bluetake 220. The Bluetake states the OS may need additional printing software - what else do I need?

You usually need to buy some software for the TX.  For example PrintBoy.  Some Palm programs may have this embedded in the program but usually a third-party program like PrintBoy is used.

Let me know if you need more info or have a question.  If you want other software suggestions then let me know.  I don't have to recommend from personal experience but I can find some others if you want.

You might find the info at http://kb.palm.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=PalmSupportKB,ts=Palm_External2001,Case=obj(14671) to be helpful to find out if your TX's application needs a third-party program or not.

I am not able to find a printer adapter that is still in stock. Most seem to have been discontinued. Can I print directly from the Palm to the parallel via the USB?

NFR key for Veeam Agent for Linux

Veeam is happy to provide a free NFR license for one year.  It allows for the non‑production use and valid for five workstations and two servers. Veeam Agent for Linux is a simple backup tool for your Linux installations, both on‑premises and in the public cloud.

Do you mean your docking USB cable or are you thinking of something else?  You can't use the docking cables USB to print.  Let me know if I misunderstood.

If Bluetake doesn't have an adapter there should be other manufacturers out there that do.  Let me know which adapter you mean if you want help with that.  It looked like there were other adapters so if that specific model isn't available you might have other options even from Bluetake.

That looks like a good one.  I don't see any potential issues with it.

Let me know if you have any other questions or how it works.
