Windows ME startup error

I just reloaded a Dell Dimension 4100 with Windows ME, upon start up I get the following error, An occupation error occurred at 0028:C00615D in VxD VNETBIOS(01) 0000B8D then gives the message was called from 0028: 02F502B at VxD VMM(0C) it is possible to continue normally. Is this a hardware issue or conflict with Hard drive or NIC Card.

    Microsoft Windows Millennium attempts to use a vxd driver with the Santa Cruz soundcard. Unforturnately for Windows, the vxd driver is incompatible (obviously, right?). Just ignore the error and continue on until you have the oportunity to install the latest WDM drivers.

    I never thought to check the sound card, I will have to check the Dell website for updated drivers....
