HELP ON CLASS OF RESTRICTION CONFIG ON CISCO 2811 CALL MANAGER EXPRESS BOX

I have two sites on VOIP communication. The main site as a Cisco Voice gateway terminating both external calls and using H323 to pass calls to the branch which runs on Call manager express.

Specifics: Extension numbering  in the Main office is 2000 range while the branch runs 4000 range.

Required: An extension 4009 at the branch is to be configured not to make calls outside the intranetwork. i.e it can only call other 4000 range extensions and 2000 range extensions and not place calls to PSTN

I know that COR - Class of Restriction configuration is the solution but how do i put it together?
I need a sample configuration from anyone to effect this.
