Connection to hosted webserver is intermittent using PIX501

We host 4 websites on a webserver in our office.  We have a Cisco PIX 501 which translates the external to internal IP's for those websites.  We recently switched ISP's in our office, and had to make some changes to the PIX to reflect the new IP addresses.  Now, we can still access our websites internally, we do have access to the internet fine, but people on the outside can only access our websites intermittently.  They are down most of the time.  Here is the config on our pix: (i replaced ip addresses and other sensitive info with x's)

I can see only 3 static statements by there are so many acls to allow http and https ????

1. So this is the same configuration except only the external ip address details are changed ? [ Double Checked ? ]

2. Have you checked the route information is updated ?

Cheers,
Rajesh

There are 4 static statements, as we have 4 websites.  The access-list statements are there because we have multiple other IP addresses.  When I reconfigured the PIX, it automatically found them, and asked if they were inside or outside.  So they just show up in the configuration.  Check if the route information has changed?  Not sure what you mean.

>>route outside 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 xxxxxxxxxxxxxx 1

Does this xxxx value is pointing to the correct isp now ?

Rajesh

Yes, the route outside contains our external gateway ip address

Looks to me like a link issue, you know what I tried ping your outside interface ip and I get timeouts often. So make sure the connection from PIX outside to ISP jack is good enough.

Take the output of 'show int outside' and see if there are errors. Mostly I'd suspect it to be an ISP issue, you may need to call them.

Can you give one of the URL here ? [ preferably one which works ]

Cheers,
Rajesh

none of the URL's are working as of now. but one of them would be www.americanomnicrop.com.  keep in mind, we do have internet access.  we can get out and browse the internet just fine.  it's only when someone tries to hit our webserver that it fails

There is something going on bad either at your ISP or your DNS records. I'd definitely call 'em up. When I tried to launch that it said 'Bad Request'.

But at the same time I'm able to ping it.

Cheers,
Rajesh
