I've got an SISS package that runs fine when I execute it manually

But if I try to execute it using command line (dtexec /F "c:\UpdateSQLFromComtrak.dtsx")

or via a job I get a connection manager error message which I'e copied below. I've no idea what is causing this as when I execute the package manually it uses the same connection manager so why would it fail?
