I am attempting to make a basic high level calendar presentation, however, its contents change and I would like to automatically create the presentation in PowerPoint by either Excel or Access. Here is the raw data and the final output presentation I am looking to create:

Presentation Slide:

I have some programming background but mainly in PHP and Web languages, therefore, I am not sure how to approach this or if it is even possible using Access and/or Excel.

Anyone done something as complex (at least I believe it is complex) before and can help me?
