I need to archive all documents prior to a certain date that are on one of our network shares that serves as the departmental document storage.  Can anyone suggest a program that will allow me to extract all documents, and all documents in all sub folders as well, to a different location.  At that point I can store it on tape or online.  Share is on Windows 2003 server standard.

You could try robocopy (32 bit command line application), which comes as part of the Windows 2003 Resource Kit tools.

You can specify files to copy based on their last accessed date and file type ect.
