OK, you pushed me in the right direction. It turns out the subdrirectory structure that I built on the new computer was not the same as the original computer and Visual Studio is sensitive to that. When I saw the error message &quot;&quot;The project file has been moved, renamed or is not on your computer&quot;&quot; I went off on a tangent thinking changing computers was an issue, it's not.<br />

OK, you pushed me in the right direction. It turns out the subdrirectory structure that I built on the new computer was not the same as the original computer and Visual Studio is sensitive to that. When I saw the error message ""The project file has been moved, renamed or is not on your computer"" I went off on a tangent thinking changing computers was an issue, it's not.
