How do I export or transfer a "Visual Studio 2005" project solution from one computer to another?

How do I export or transfer a "Visual Studio 2005" project solution from one computer to another? I am using Windows-XP and Visual Studio 2005. If I simply copy the entire subdirectory that includes the project and then try to open the *.sln file I get the message: "The project file has been moved, renamed or is not on your computer".

Usually, I don't have trouble copying a solution from one area to another. You should make sure that you included all the referenced libraries and sources. For example, I reference the mysql data library often, but that file is not stored within the project folder.

OK, you pushed me in the right direction. It turns out the subdrirectory structure that I built on the new computer was not the same as the original computer and Visual Studio is sensitive to that. When I saw the error message ""The project file has been moved, renamed or is not on your computer"" I went off on a tangent thinking changing computers was an issue, it's not.

Thanks for the help.
