ODD Ball IE Problem pulling up a website: Server Error -- works on other PCs

I have a client who is having a very strange IE problem with a particular website.

http://www.theborgata.com

When he tries to access it in either IE or Firefox he gets:

Server Error
Either the Macromedia application server is unreachable or it does not have a mapping to process this request.

This is on a white screen with black text.  This goes throughout the site.  Page is done in Cold Fusion

There are no other problems visiting other websites,  I've checked hosts, Checked hijackthis, diabled firewall... all come up clean / normal.

The page works fine on my computer here in the office and probably will on yours as well.

Thanks.

I tried the site and get the same error message.

Not knowing what is required on the site, a reminder then to check some basics:

What version of I.E. is required?    Is there a flash requirement of some kind?   Are there other boxes this needs access to that are not addressesable form the outside of your network?

You're getting the same error message?

He was on 7, I just tried dropping him back to 6 but same error.

Works fine on my IE 6

We've also tried firefox with the same issue.

It works fine on my IE7 and Firefox 2.0.0.5

Does your client have Flash installed?  Installed Properly?

Also, make sure his Security in IE is not set TOO high.

Make sure you clear his cache also, to confirm you are getting a new request for the page.

Re-installed Flash... works fine on other flash sites.

Checked security... added him to trusted sites with

So it's still not working for him?

Marc ZCommented:
You know what? Your error says its a Server Error.  Perhaps they are blocking his IP range?  More then likely, they are moving their websites or modifying them.  I validated some of their page and it is showing some "Page Moved Temporarily to"  code, so perhaps he was just hitting it at a bad time.  How is it today?

haven't checked.  I told him they may be blocking his IP.  Seems far out there... but possible I guess.

I need to clean up a few other things so I may just format the box and see.

Before you format the box, see if you can put that box on a different network and access the page.  The pages have worked for me both in Firefox and IE7, today and on the 31st for me.  I'm thinking it's more on their end then his.
