How can I upgrade OEM SBS 2003 Standard SP1 to SBS 2003 Priemium R2?

Here we go again. After finding out about my problem with MS SBS 2003 and MS SQL 2005 I now have another problem. After finding out what to do:
How can I upgrade my OEM SBS 2003 Standard SP1 to SBS 2003 Premium R2. I now find out we have an OEM version of SBS 2003 Standard SP1.

That's fine... you just need a NON-OEM version of SBS Premium R2.  That will upgrade it.  TECHNICALLY, the SQL server is on a separate disk and you likely wouldn't need to go through the entire setup routine, just insert the SQL CD, install it, and insert the R2 CD and install that.
