Might be overkill for what you need, but Access is delivered with a contact mgmt db<br />
template that can certainly allow you to capture such things.<br />

Most of the computers in the 20 node network do not have access...much to expensive to upgrade them all.<br />

Open to other ideas....including any other stand alone programs.
