Palm backup to SD card

I have a Palm T|X and would like to backup the entire devices data to the SD card. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Do you want a complete backup or just certain things?  Some programs provide a way to move their data files to the SD card and even create a copy on the card.  It depends on the program.

    If you want complete backup then you use a third-party program.  One of these is Resco Backup (  Another program is Backup Buddy VFS (  I have used an older version of that program in the past and liked it.
