    Accepted Solution

    Greetings swarren11 !

Do you want to prevent sending or receiving winmail.dat?

To prevent sending email that recipient see winmail.dat, sent email in Plain Text format.  The cause is that recipient email client or email service may not be compatible with Outlook.  So Rich Text or HTML formating is moved to the winmail.dat attachment.
