GPO to disable exchange cached mode

I would like to set up a GPO to disable exchange cached mode.
Users have W2k prof. and office xp.
Do I need any template for MSoutlook that comes with office XP?
how do we call MSoutlook that comes with office XP?

Yes, you need the ADM for Office XP and it wil let you configure what ever settings you need.

Office XP has MSOutlook 2002. Correct?
I believe it MSOutlook 2002 doesn't have the exchange cached mode option, this option just started with MSOutlook 2003. Correct?
because I don't see it in the ADM template.
