Can we find how many mails a user has sent and received today.Any way to find the results on the client or from the server.

    You could enable message tracking and use the Message Tracking Center in the Exchange System Manager, under the Tools section.  Input the person's account in either the sender or recipient field and specify the time frame.

    After the mails are downloaded to the pst will the mails still be there?

    Accepted Solution

    If you are running Exchange, then the Message Tracking Center will show you when the messages processed through the mail transport service.  That is to say, they will be time stamped as to when the server received or sent the messages, so it does not matter if the messages were moved to the .PST file.
