After upgrade to SQL 2005 Backup Exec 10 not recognizing SQL databases

After upgrade to SQL 2005 Backup Exec 10 not recognizing SQL databases.  Do I need to update Backup exec to 11?

    10.0 does not support SQL2005
    if you are running version 10.0 upgrade to 10D and apply the SP3
    its a free upgrade
