Citrix Web Interface Oracle Error
I am running Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 Advanced Edition on a Windows Server 2003 Standard SP1 along with Citrix Access Gateway 4.5 Standard. We have published applications running on Oracle10g that are accessible via the Citrix Web Interface. When a user with Domain Admin rights to the network tries to connect to the applications everything works fine; however if a standard domain user connects to the same applications via the Web Interface they receive the following error:
There was a problem while validating user.
Error Number: -2147467259
Error Description: ORA01019: unable to allocate memory in the user side.
Note: Both login attempts are being conducted from the same Windows XP Professional SP2 Workstation.

I'm having this exact same problem with 1 of my apps in my Citrix Farm.
We have 2 farms currently. The old farm is a Citrix 4.0 farm in which the software works flawlessly. The new farm is 4.5 and when I take a server that works in 4.0, uninstall Citrix 4.0 and install Citrix 4.5 on it the software kicks up the ORA01019 error. It works fine though if I use my Domain Admin account so it seems like a permission somewhere but it doesn't really make sense since it works in 4.0 flawlessly.
Any information/ideas are appreciated and I'll update here if I find any solutions elsewhere.
Thanks

I have a Xenapp 6.0 server and when users are accessing an application called Cleric using the Oracle Client, via the Web Interface, they encounter the ORA error, Error Description: ORA01019: unable to allocate memory in the user side.
When i grant the users access " to allow to create global objects" they get a warning message before the have access to their information.
Would appreciate any response.

Although UNIX based it may help point you in the right direction:

To help test this, does the box have SQL*Plus or some other tool to take the Citirx app out of the picture and focus on just connecting to the database?
