I got it now.......it marks the emails or folders selected &nbsp;for migration. so next time the migration schedules run it will stub them.

In MSOutlook, I have and add-in (Data Migrator), when I click on it it shows a sub menu about Add and Remove messages from Migration List.<br />
I am not sure what it does, if I click any of the options it doesn't show anything that it is doing.<br />
