Need application "update" functionality, like Windows Update C#.net

I need to know the best way of creating an "Update" feature, which works kind of like windows update. My application is written with C#.NET in Visual Studio 2005, and it includes many projects and references, etc. As I complete new tools and update functionality, I would like to make it available to users without them having to download the latest version and re-install everything.

Anyone know the best/easiest approach to take?
