Exchange 2003 Distribution list manager

Hello, we have a full Windows 2003 domain, with active directory and an exchange server as mail server. We have many distribution lists (Groups) and we would like to have users being able to modify these, without having the rights to access the active directory. I know there is the Managed By tab in the properties of the group, but it can only have one person and we need to have 2 or more.

Please let me know if that is possible.

Haven't done it -- but creating a group and placing both user in it should work. I am going to test that...
