Use powershell commands to forward mailboxes

Anybody know if there is a way to use powershell commands in exchange 2007 to setup mailbox forwards? I'm just trying to forward a couple of users email accounts.

trying this to forward to an account that is not in my organization does not work.  Is there something that needs to be done in order to forward outside of my organization?

You need to create the external as a contact in the Exchange organisation first before you can set the forward.
