I have an iis server with 2003 sp1 installed. The event  log is filling up with the below error:

I have seen other threads on this but no real answer as to what it is. There have been no new updates or patches put on this server either. Actually I cant see anyting new done to this box?? Anyone have any idea what is the casue of this and how to stop ???

One of those may pertain to it. But your missing some info it looks like so I can't help much more than that. EventID.net is a very good resource for Event Id probs.

Oddly this ended up being an issue with a custom windows .net service to provide us functionality for another application. Once I re-installed a new version of this service , which was develpoed in house, the errors went away.

Very odd as no post anywehre on google or anywhere else came even close to this ... Nothing seemed to apply and this is the first time I have ever seen this particular error.

Im a still baffklee by this but it is fixed .. so I guess I will move on.
