Setup a Vlan using a multi-networking ?

i have a one switch (bandname : ciso), so my company has a 4 subnet network (for example : 10.26.1.x,10.26.2.x, 10.26.3.x, 10.26.4.x), If user will connect to different domain under one outlet ,
Do you butli -in Vlan configuration? how do it?

You create the vlan on the switch.  The exact syntax differs depending on the switch - but it's something like "vlan RED".

Then, you put the ports you want in vlan RED.  On a cisco switch, you would use the command, "switchport access vlan RED" in Interface Config mode.

Then, all the devices plugged into ports in the RED vlan can communicate at layer 2 (ethernet most likely).

If you have a layer 3 switch, and you want your vlans to route, you would create a vlan interface and give it an IP address.  In Cisco land, it's like this:
"it vlan RED".    "int vlan BLUE".  Now RED and BLUE can communicate at layer 3 - they can route to each other.
