How to register DLL COM with clickonce as administrator?

Hi experts,

i have a dll : redemption (com)

i used this dll in my .net application and use CLickonce to deploy
but i have to register the dll each time i deploy on new machine

is there an option for the redemption reference to register as admin itself with clickonce?

1 Solution
Expand the References node in the Solution Explorer window. Select the dll (Com Component) item under the References node and set the Isolated property to True in the Properties window. Rebuilt the solution

For testing, try unregistering the COM component (for example, type regsvr32 /u xxx.dll from a command prompt) and then running the program outside of the Visual Studio IDE. It should work.

If you unregistered your COM component, you should reregister it again before moving on, or you will not be able to rebuild your application within Visual Studio 2005.

Visual Studio 2005 introduces a new feature that allows you to isolate any given COM component with the simple flip of a switch. It works by automatically generating a manifest from the component's type library and component registration. Therefore, it is important to note that isolating a COM component requires that it be registered on the developer's machine. The requirement to register the component on end-user machines is removed.
