The local policy of this system does not permit

I have a client computer I want to logon it but I get error message "The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively". I try to logon with the local admin user and password and domain admin user account and password but I cant logon and  it I get same error message.
I try to connect as remote(Run command-\\computername\c$) to its Cdisk from my own computer but it ask the authorized username and password..I am writing the domain admin and password but I dont entry its C disk..it doesnt accept domain admin and password

what do we do?

You'll need to reset the Local Administrators Password, logon remove it from the domain and than re-enter it.

Can you verify that the computer is plugged into the network (the NIC card is active).   Some security settings in the Local Security Policy can Require Domain Controller Authentication in order to login.  If your computer is plugged into the network try the info below.

After logging in open your Local Security Policy in Control Panel->Administrative Tools.  Then you can verify that the users are permitted to logon interacatively.
