What does Microsoft's event ID 62737 mean?

I am receiving lots of Event ID 62737 error messages (approx 10-20 per second in bursts) on a new HP laptop running Windows XP Pro SP2.  also reported issues are that it runs very slowly, again in short bursts.  Can anybody advise as to the nature of this issue, and what the fixes could be?  It isn't "mission critical" but is causing some frustration for the user!

Thanks, Steve.

Have you checked your Event Viewer?  Right Click on My Computer, Click "Manage"  Expand "Event Viewer" under "System Tools."  Click "Application" and see if you notice any errors or warnings.  Hopefully it will give you a better description on what is going on.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately the customer has now taken the laptop back and I no longer have access to the machine.  I'll bear the answer in mind the next time it happens.

Thanks

I forced myself to accept berellez's response as it was the obvious next stage.

I regret we were unable to continue as the client took it away and continues to use it with the above issues.... hey ho!
