Word close error

Whenever I close an MS Word 2003 document I get the message below. Word then asks to send the message to Microsoft and I say no, which makes Word exit and then ti reopens and recovers my document, so I need to exit again.  I tried removing and reinstalling Word, and Googled the error which told me to close the Word document and then exit Word, but the same error happens.  Quite frustrating& Any help will be much appreciated.  By the way, this just stared happening about 2 weeks ago and I did not install anything different.
