Windows Server 2003

I have established a forest trust between 2 domains but I am having trouble when going to My Network Places and browsing to the other domain, I can see the domain from both locations but when browsing from domain 1 to domain 2 its intermittent
From browsing from domain 2 to domain 1 it works all the time,
What am I missing
I verified under Sites andServices that everything is the same

Some times i get this error browsing from domain 1 to domain 2
"Domain 2 is not accessible. you might not have permissions to use this network resource. Contact the ADMIN of this server to find out if you have access permissions
The network path was not found"
The browser service uses NetBIOS as a means of communication.  If you want to browse the other domain then you have to have a WINS architecture.  You can use one WINS server if everything is local and your network isn't in the 10's of thousands of objects.  Just have all of the computers (servers and workstations) point to the WINS server.  If you have WINS in both domain, then make them push/pull partners of each other.
they are set up to Push/Pull
any other suggestions
Thanks
Should NetBIOS over tcp/ip be enabled or set to the default under the WINS TAB in TCP/IP properties
Enabled
