Skip a datafile during RMAN restore of database?

Hi I'm trying to do a full RMAN restore of a database. And I'm getting a "RMAN-06023: no backup or copy of datafile 272 found to restore". I later found out that this file was created the day of the backup so now I know that the file was not there after I did a 'list backupset'. Question what are the commands that I have to do in RMAN to skip this datafile? Can I use a Restore database using Tag =" and only get the files that were backed up?

Please see url below. It contains RMAN command you can use to set file status so that RMAN can skip file when recovering the database.
