Unable to update files in cache

I have trouble when going to a certain website i try to access a link i get this error box:
Unable to update files in cache
sun.plugin.cache jarCacheVersionException:Number of attributes Specified in 'cache_archive' doesn't match those in 'cache_version'  when i click okay the error goes away but nothing happens.

any ideas?

Goto your control panel (Start --> settings --> Control panel)

Open the icon Java.

On the first tab (general) the bottom has the temporary files section.
Click settings and select delete files.

This should solve your problem.

Hmm than I don't really know. Have you updated to the latest version using the update tab?

Also you can try reinstalling java which might solve your problem:
