Two sets of language folders in Outlook 2003

Hi,

After installing a new Exchange Server 2003 one of the Oulook clients (Danish Office) has two set of language folders in Outlook 2003. Before all the mail went into 'Indbakke' (Dnaish for Inbox) but now it's being delivered to 'Inbox'.

I have tried: Microsoft Office 2003 Language settings, setting up a new profile in Outlook, reinstalling Outlook(Office). It's like the English setting is there for good!

Any help is greatly appreciated! ;)

Outlook is a bit perculiar when it comes to naming the special folders. First time you start Outlook and connect to an Exchange server it will use the language settings on the workstation for the special folders. Is it an English OS installed on that machine? You could try deleteing the Outlook profile and recreate it as a first measure. If no luck you have to use the folder where the mail arrives.
Prior to Outlook 2003 you actually could rename the special folders (Inbox, Sent Items etc) but with the arrival of Outlook 2003 it's no longer possible.

The client is running Danish Windows XP and Danish Office 2003.

I have allready tried to delete the profile, no luck.

I'll try and install Office XP - and then rename the folders.

What about deleting the Mailbox from Exchange and the create a new. Create new Outlook profile, and import from PST?
