I have a MS Word 2003 document that is calling merged data from SQL Server
I need to change the sort on it to order by field1 asc, field2 desc

The popup only allws single sorting
The View in SQL Server is sorted, but ignored in load.

Ideas?

I just tried this in Word 2003.

1) In the MailMerge wizard I selected SQL Server as the data source, and I picked my table
2) In the "pick recipients" stage, under the filtering dropdown I selected Advanced.  On the
Filter and Sort dialog, you can sort on up to three columns.
